Account Manager
High PriorityThis is not an administrative role. You write the proposal, build the quotation, then present it to the client yourself. Client visits and meetings across Jakarta are part of the routine, not the exception.
What we look for
- Bachelor degree in any field. Marketing, business, or communication is a plus
- One to three years in account management, business development, sales, or client service
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Able to build proposals and quotations, then present them directly to Indonesian clients
- Ready to handle client visits and meetings in Jakarta
- Target oriented and proactive about prospecting new clients
- Comfortable using a CRM for pipeline, follow up, and sales reporting, considered a plus
- Prior experience at a digital or marketing agency is a plus

Content Writer / AI Powered Digital Marketing
UrgentYou will own projects, not word counts. This role sits as project PIC across several client accounts, coordinating with the team and the client, answerable for the output. Onsite at our Jimbaran office. Not remote.

OpenDaily volume, not one-off projects. You cut long content into short clips ready for Instagram, TikTok, and Shorts, with subtitles and an opening hook that holds people past the first second.
What we look for

Freelance Business Presenter
One Day ProjectOne session, one room, a four person team from a South Korean multinational. You will present the capability deck and then answer whatever they ask, live. Reading slides aloud will not carry the hour.
What we look for
- Fluent English for a formal business presentation
- Korean language strongly preferred, natural or native Korean speakers prioritized
- Prior experience presenting or pitching to corporate or international audiences
- Confident fielding spontaneous questions, not just delivering a script
- Able to answer basic questions on digital marketing, SEO, GEO, and Indonesia market entry
- Professional presence, punctual, available on the date
- Available for a short briefing before 19 August

Six Month Internship in Jimbaran, Bali
Four fields are open. This is not the kind of internship built around photocopying and meeting notes. The work you produce goes into live client projects, mentored directly by the team that runs them every day.

Duration: six months, onsite at the Jimbaran office. Daily schedule agreed at the start of the program.
What we look for
- Active student in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia, communication, marketing, or a related field
- Working knowledge of the basic tools for your chosen field, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
- A portfolio, whether coursework or personal projects
- Willing to attend onsite at the Jimbaran office throughout the program
- Quick to learn and open to revision feedback
