Most agency team pages show an org chart full of individual names and photographs. We do not, and the reason is practical rather than evasive. Names change as people are promoted or move on, and a chart that has gone stale is worse than no chart at all, because it tells a prospective client something that is no longer true.
What matters when you are evaluating an agency is different. It is whether each function is staffed at depth, whether the work is done in house or quietly passed to someone else, and whether the people on your account are accountable by name in the contract. Those three things are set out below.
How the organisation is structured
Board and Leadership
Three leaders covering digital strategy, AI era marketing, international growth and Indonesia's digital commerce ecosystem.
Delivery Divisions
82 specialists across five divisions. This is where client work is produced, with SEO and GEO the largest.
Growth and Operations
35 specialists across four divisions, covering performance media, account management, creators and internal operations.
Three tiers, ten divisions, 120 people. Delivery divisions produce client work; growth and operations support it.
The ten divisions
Headcount per division, so you can judge whether a function is genuinely staffed or nominally present.
SEO and GEO
Technical audit, GEO and AI visibility, keyword research, link acquisition and reporting. The largest division, reflecting where the work and the demand actually sit.
Content, Editorial and Research
Article and blog writers, editors, content strategists and topic research. A separate division rather than a subset of SEO, because writing and optimising are different disciplines.
Social Media
Strategy, copywriting and community management, including TikTok SEO.
Creative and Video
Video clipping, motion graphics and key visual production, executed in house rather than outsourced.
PR, Media and ORM
Media placement, online reputation management and social listening.
Paid Media and Performance
Google, Meta, TikTok and display buying, measured against revenue rather than impressions.
Account Management
Client service, reporting and quality control. Every engagement has a named lead.
Influencer and UGC
Creator sourcing, contracting and usage rights management.
Web and Technology
Development, quality assurance, system administration and infrastructure. Deliberately small: Arfadia is a digital marketing agency, not an IT company, and this division supports client sites rather than selling software projects.
Operations, Finance and HR
Contracts, billing and compliance.
Who works on your account
An engagement of typical scope is staffed with a lead account manager, an SEO and GEO lead, a social media lead, a creative producer, a paid media planner, and an influencer coordinator. All six are named in the contract, not described by role alone. If someone leaves the account, you are told.
What is done in house, and what is not
Core delivery is not subcontracted. SEO, GEO, content, social media, creative production, web development and paid media are executed by the divisions above. Where a specialist capability sits outside that scope, we say so rather than presenting a partner's work as our own. Media buying inventory, print production and specialist legal or regulatory work are handled by named third parties, and the arrangement is disclosed in the proposal.
Where the team sits
A twelve person agency and a hundred person agency can publish the same service list. What differs is what happens when a project needs technical SEO, video production and paid media in the same week. Headcount per division is the closest a public page can get to answering that, which is why it is here rather than in a document you only see after a sales call.
