Guest Post Content Requirements, Explained
The order form states these requirements in short form. Here is what each one actually means, so your draft passes on the first read.
- Minimum 2,000 words. Longer is fine when the depth earns it. Below 2,000 the piece rarely covers a topic well enough for our readers.
- 100% original. Not published anywhere else, including your own blog, and not a rewrite of an existing article. Every draft goes through plagiarism detection before it enters the queue.
- Clear H2 and H3 structure. The article title is the only H1. Everything below it uses H2 for sections and H3 for sub points, in a logical order. Headings that describe rather than tease.
- Minimum 3 supporting images. Charts, screenshots, custom graphics or infographics that carry information. Decorative stock photos do not count toward the three. The featured image is made by our design team, so you do not supply one.
- Maximum 2 dofollow links per article. Both are yours to place wherever you want. See the link section below.
- Written for a human reader. You may use AI to research. The writing itself must read as human, and we check with multiple detection tools. Short paragraphs, two to four sentences each.
- Evidence based. Back claims with data, statistics or credible sources, and link to original research where it exists.
- Practical, not promotional. Advice a reader can act on, not a brochure for your product.
- Copyright clear. Written by you or your team, and free of any third party rights.
Share the Google Docs link so it opens for anyone with the link. A private document stops the order before it starts, because our editors cannot open it.
Link Policy
- Guest Post: up to 2 dofollow links per article. Where they point is entirely your choice. There is no requirement to link to Arfadia or to any other site.
- Link Insertion: 1 dofollow link per order, placed inside an existing arfadia.com/blog or arfadia.com/glossary page that you nominate.
- Links must sit naturally in the text. Forced or unrelated links are adjusted during editing.
- No links to gambling, casinos, CBD, adult content, online loans or payday loans, weapons, illegal products, or misleading and low quality sites.
- We reserve the right to remove or nofollow any link pointing to a low quality or penalised domain.
Your links and brand mention are not touched. Our editors polish the article into Arfadia house style, but your backlinks, their anchor text, and your brand mention stay exactly as agreed.
No sponsored tag. We do not apply rel="sponsored" to guest post or link insertion backlinks. They are published as standard dofollow links. Transparency comes from the visible "Guest Post" label on the article, which is normal practice for high authority publications and does not reduce the value of your link.
What the Order Form Asks For
Everything is completed in the form above, in one pass, before you submit. Have these ready so you are not interrupted halfway.
For each Guest Post
A Google Docs URL to your finished article, shared so it opens for anyone with the link. Notes are optional. One Google Docs link is required per Guest Post purchased.
For each Link Insertion
The Arfadia target URL, which must be an existing arfadia.com/blog or arfadia.com/glossary page. Your anchor text. Your backlink URL. Optionally the current sentence you want changed and the replacement sentence you propose, plus notes.
Then your contact details, then payment by PayPal or USDT on BEP20, and finally the payment reference or transaction hash. Pricing, including the volume discount tiers, is shown live in the form as you change the quantities.
Content Exchange Program

Eligibility
- Domain Rating 65 or above (Ahrefs), or Domain Authority 70 or above (Moz). These are the figures Arfadia itself holds. Sites below that threshold are directed to the order form above.
- An active blog with a regular schedule, at least 2 posts per month.
- Real organic traffic. No PBNs, no redirect domains.
- Content in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Your site accepts a reciprocal guest post from Arfadia of equal quality.
How it works
Both sides write and publish a guest post on the other's blog. The same content standards apply in both directions. Arfadia typically completes its side within 5 to 7 working days.
To apply, email marketing@arfadia.com with your site URL, current Ahrefs or Moz figures, a traffic screenshot, and the topic you propose. Requests that do not meet the authority threshold are not answered individually.

Where exactly is my article published?

How do I send my article?
Inside the order form, at the Order details step, before you pay. Paste a Google Docs URL to your finished article and share it so it opens for anyone with the link. One Google Docs link is required for each Guest Post you purchase.
When do I get an Order ID?
Only after your paid submission goes through successfully. No unpaid order is created, so there is no reference number to quote beforehand. Keep the confirmation you receive at submission.
Are the backlinks dofollow?
Yes. Both guest post and link insertion backlinks are dofollow. We do not charge for dofollow and then quietly switch to nofollow. We do reserve the right to nofollow or remove links pointing to low quality or penalised domains.
Where can my two backlinks point?
Anywhere you want, as long as the destination is not in the rejected categories. Both links are yours. There is no requirement to link to Arfadia or to any other site.
Are the backlinks tagged as sponsored?
No. We do not use rel="sponsored" on guest post or link insertion backlinks. They are published as clean dofollow links. Transparency comes from the visible "Guest Post" label on the article, not from stripping value out of a link that passed a real editorial review.
Will editing change my article?
Our editors polish the draft into Arfadia house style so it reads like the rest of the blog: structure, headings, tone, and formatting. What does not change is your backlinks, their anchor text, your brand mention, and the substance of your argument.
Do I get to review the edit before it goes live?
No. Editing is handled entirely on our side, and the article is published once it is ready. That is what keeps the turnaround short and removes the back and forth.
Which page can a Link Insertion go into?
Any existing arfadia.com/blog or arfadia.com/glossary page. You nominate the target URL in the form, along with your anchor text and backlink URL. You may also propose the exact sentence to replace, which speeds up placement.
Do I provide the images?
You provide at least 3 supporting images inside the article body, such as charts, screenshots or infographics. The featured image is created by our in house design team at no extra cost.
Is the placement permanent?
Yes. We do not remove published articles unless they breach our terms, for example if we later find plagiarism or the linked site turns spammy. In that case we remove the offending links and the article itself stays up.
Can I get a refund?
No. Orders are not refundable. That is why the requirements and the rejected categories are set out in full above: read them before you order.
Can I submit topics outside your listed categories?
The six categories above are what we publish. If your topic sits outside them, it is likely to be declined, so choose the closest fit or reconsider before ordering.
