The Kind Wash is a premium Korean cleaning service in Singapore for shoes, bags, and baby gear. Arfadia ran the entire digital ecosystem: a custom e-commerce store, SEO, Generative Engine Optimization, social media, Google and Meta ads, video, branding, and international PR. A near-invisible domain became a name that ranks on page one for the keywords that bring real buyers, and that AI assistants now recommend.
The Kind Wash (착한세탁) is a premium cleaning service in Singapore built on Korean techniques and exclusive solutions. They specialise in deep cleaning for the things people care about most: shoes, bags, and baby gear such as strollers, car seats, and baby carriers.
The experience is built around convenience: doorstep pick-up and return, contactless options, free delivery for orders above $70, and a typical turnaround of three to four working days. With a 4.9 star Google rating and more than 15,000 items cleaned, the brand had earned trust. What it needed was to be found.

A full-service partnership covering eight workstreams, from building the e-commerce store to ranking it, filling it with content, and driving demand through social, ads, and global media.
Singapore is a small but fiercely competitive market for cleaning services. When the work began, The Kind Wash was effectively invisible to search, with a domain that carried very little trust and a website that had migrated off a problematic Shopify setup. These were the documented numbers on day one.
Organic search demand in Singapore for these services is genuinely small. Chasing a vanity traffic number would have been the wrong goal. The brief was sharper: own the high-intent keywords that signal a ready buyer, build the authority to hold those positions, and become the brand both Google and AI assistants recommend.
This was not a single-channel project. Arfadia owned the full digital ecosystem and ran it as one connected system, where the website, content, search, social, and advertising all reinforced each other.
The starting Shopify setup could not handle how The Kind Wash actually operates. Arfadia rebuilt the store from the ground up on WordPress and WooCommerce, then engineered the checkout and ordering flow around the real business: pick-up scheduling, drop-off locations, surcharges, loyalty, and photo-based orders. Design direction drew on the cleanest references in the category, with a Korean-inspired identity in Aggro and Inter type.
In a market this size, a giant traffic number would be the wrong target. So Arfadia went after the keywords that signal a ready customer, the ones people type when they are about to book a cleaning. Today The Kind Wash holds page-one positions across those high-intent searches, which means a steady flow of qualified leads every day without paying for every click.
The blog Arfadia built to support these rankings also pulls organic readers from twelve countries, from Australia and the Philippines to the US and the UAE. Several guide pages now win Google AI Overviews outright, proof the content is treated as a trusted answer well beyond Singapore.
Ahrefs tells the story at a glance. For three years the domain barely moved. The moment Arfadia engaged in 2024, referring domains, Domain Rating, and organic traffic all turned sharply upward together.

Search no longer ends at Google's blue links. Increasingly, people ask an AI for a recommendation, and the answer either names you or it does not. Because Arfadia built genuine authority and trustworthy content, The Kind Wash is now cited across the major AI platforms, measured independently by the Ahrefs AI Citations Index.

Rankings and AI citations do not happen without authority underneath them. Across every independent trust score, the domain went from near zero to category-leading numbers, and held them.
On-page SEO health rose from a weak baseline to a score of 93 out of 100, with mobile and desktop performance both brought into the green. Strong foundations, strong signals, lasting results.
Arfadia placed The Kind Wash in fifteen high-authority publications, each with a Domain Authority above fifty. The result is two things at once: powerful trust signals for search, and real brand credibility in front of Singaporean customers who recognise these names.
Behind the rankings sits a deliberate, diversified off-page program. Guest posting, social signals, citations, and embeds were all pushed well past their goals to build a backlink profile competitors would struggle to match.
On top of organic growth, Arfadia ran Meta and Google advertising to accelerate demand. The Meta program alone drove millions of views into tens of thousands of website visits, all tracked and reported through Google Looker Studio.
Google Search Ads were structured into four focused ad groups, shoe cleaning, stroller and baby gear, bag cleaning, and car seat and carrier, each with tailored copy and sitelinks, all targeting Singapore on a maximize-conversions strategy that pushed leads to WhatsApp and the order page.
Arfadia managed Instagram and Facebook end to end, with a content system built on three pillars and a relentless before-and-after storytelling style. The audience grew from nothing to ten thousand, and the satisfying ASMR cleaning reels reached hundreds of thousands of accounts organically.
Material guides, hygiene, and what can and cannot be washed, the knowledge that builds trust.
Relatable, trend-driven content and Korean-drama moments crafted to travel and get shared.
Before-and-after reveals, reviews, and the cleaning process that turn interest into orders.
Beyond the main feeds, Arfadia maintains a network of social bookmark and content channels. Every piece of content is mirrored across them to widen distribution, diversify backlinks, and feed the social signals that search engines reward.
Posts are echoed across every channel, so one idea reaches far more audiences.
Shares, saves, and reposts compound into the signals that strengthen rankings.
Backlinks come from many different platform domains, a healthier link profile.
The brand shows up across multiple channels at once, reinforcing recognition.
Pinterest and X content can be indexed by Google, opening another path to discovery.
Local search rewards consistency. Arfadia submitted The Kind Wash to two hundred local and international directories, every one live and every one carrying identical name, address, and phone details, the kind of NAP consistency that strengthens map and local rankings.

Arfadia created the full brand identity: a new logo with a Korean wordmark (착한세탁), reversed and square variants for every surface, vector exports for the web, and animated versions for video. The palette is a clean Korean blue paired with warm white and deep navy.
Aggro, a Korean-inspired display face, leads the headlines, with Inter carrying the body for clarity. Logo delivered as SVG, PNG, and animated video.
Video ran through everything, from the homepage banner to the reels that went viral. Arfadia produced the complete library, with several formats delivered as bonus work beyond the original scope.

Authority needs substance. Arfadia produced a hundred articles across the blog and guest-post network, each running at least fifteen hundred words with FAQs, video, internal and external links, and proper structure, supported by a tier-two network of Blog 2.0 properties.
Every workstream, content, SEO, social, ads, and media, runs through the same proven lifecycle. That is what keeps a full-service program coherent instead of scattered, and what makes the results repeatable.
The strategy was deliberate from the start: build something The Kind Wash owns and that compounds, rather than renting attention that disappears the moment spending stops.

Nothing was a black box. Arfadia reported through live Google Looker Studio dashboards spanning rankings, traffic, advertising, and social, delivered far more often than agreed.
Everything needed to grow online under one roof. For The Kind Wash that meant a custom e-commerce website, search engine optimization, Generative Engine Optimization for AI visibility, social media management, Google and Meta advertising, video production, brand and logo design, international media distribution, and local citations, all run as one connected system.
Search demand in a small market is naturally limited, so a huge traffic figure would mostly be noise. It is far more valuable to own the keywords people type when they are ready to book, like shoe cleaning service in Singapore. Ranking there turns search into a steady flow of qualified leads rather than empty pageviews.
Generative Engine Optimization makes a business appear inside AI answers. When someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or Google AI for a recommendation, GEO is what makes your brand the one the AI names. The Kind Wash is now cited across eight AI platforms, which captures customers who never see a traditional results page.
The original Shopify setup could not support how the business actually runs. A custom WordPress and WooCommerce build let Arfadia engineer the real workflow into the store, smart return-date calculation, drop-off location rules, remote-area surcharges, loyalty points, and photo-based orders, while also giving full control over technical SEO.
Through independent, verifiable signals. Authority and backlinks come from Ahrefs, Moz, and Majestic; rankings and search performance from Google Search Console; AI citations from the Ahrefs AI Citations Index; and advertising results through Google Looker Studio. Every figure in this case study is grounded in those tools.
Yes. The same system applies to any e-commerce brand or service business that wants to be found where customers actually search. The goal is always the same: rank for the searches that bring buyers, earn AI recommendations, and build authority the business owns rather than rents.
Whether you run an e-commerce store or a local service, Arfadia builds the full engine: a site that converts, rankings that bring buyers, and visibility across search, AI, and social.
