My name is Nessa, I am Business Development Manager at BT Cocoa. BT Cocoa is a company operating in cocoa processing.
BT Cocoa currently has around 700 employees. Because of that, the company asked us in IT to create an internal communication channel through an intranet. We wanted to build an information channel so that both operational employees and office staff could communicate their needs.
We first met Arfadia for intranet development. At that time we met several other intranet suppliers, but felt the best fit with Arfadia. We initially chose Arfadia because we saw three points that stood out against the other suppliers.
First, the software used looked easy and the application for use in our office was not as complex as the other suppliers. Second, their customer service appeared good, because all our questions and our sometimes changing requests were always attended to by Arfadia.
Third, we found quality and price reasonably matched, and on quality we were satisfied.
Going forward we at BT Cocoa hope to keep working with Arfadia on additional features we can develop together. Thank you Arfadia for implementing the intranet in our company.

Saat ini jumlah karyawan di BT Cocoa mencapai 700 karyawan.
