In our view the cooperation with Arfadia has been very good. Specifically on video production and CSR photo documentation across several Indonesia Power units, communication was very good. Very good in the sense that whenever we gave feedback it was followed up immediately. They were responsive, and we thought the ideas were good enough. Even last minute changes, whether small or large, were still accommodated. So it has been very good.
In my opinion the quality of the photos and video produced by Arfadia is good. We look at it from several angles. On video, from the camera work and the timing, which was right. It could convey what we hoped for even without narration, that came through. It was also supported by the graphics. The photos also met expectations, especially the drone shots.
Our hope for Arfadia is that the ideas keep developing, because photo and video technology keeps advancing. So keep looking for improvement, because you have to be able to compete. And hopefully you can grow bigger so you gain more clients. May Arfadia be more successful and bigger, and do not forget to keep improving because competition will get tighter.

Jadi menurut pendapat kami, kerja sama dengan Arfadia saat ini sudah sangat bagus ya. Jadi, khususnya dalam pembuatan video dan kemudian dokumentasi foto CSR di beberapa unit Indonesia Power, komunikasinya sangat bagus. Sangat bagus dalam arti setiap kami ada feedback, itu langsung ditindaklanjuti. Terus kemudian responsif ya, ide idenya juga menurut kami sudah cukup bagus. Sampai last minute ada perubahan perubahan, baik itu perubahan kecil maupun perubahan besar, masih difasilitasi. Jadi sudah sangat bagus.
Menurut pendapat saya, kualitas foto dan video yang dihasilkan oleh Arfadia bagus ya. Kita melihatnya dari beberapa unsur pastinya. Satu dari sisi, kalau video aja misalnya, dari sisi pengambilan gambar, terus kemudian timing timing nya itu pas gitu ya. Dan bisa menggambarkan apa yang kami harapkan walaupun tanpa didukung narasi gitu ya, itu bisa kelihatan. Dan juga didukung grafisnya. Foto foto nya juga sesuai harapan, terutama foto foto drone nya ya, nah itu sesuai dengan harapan.
Kalau harapannya sih buat Arfadia, terus dikembangkan ya ide idenya kan, karena teknologi foto terus kemudian teknologi video saya rasa terus berkembang. Jadi cari terus improvement gitu, karena harus bisa bersaing pastinya dengan yang lain lain ya. Dan juga mudah mudahan bisa tambah besar gitu, jadi nanti klien kliennya juga bisa tambah banyak. Semoga Arfadia semakin sukses, semakin besar, dan jangan lupa untuk terus improve karena persaingan akan semakin ketat.
