One of the priority programmes of the second United Indonesia Cabinet was PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan, aimed at strengthening community empowerment for poverty reduction. In delivering this priority programme, many things needed to be done to improve implementation quality, one of them being the strengthening of the management information system, which at the time was being developed carefully, systematically and collaboratively.
The first impression on meeting the Arfadia team was striking, because we saw that most of them were young people working in sync and without regard for the clock, working stage by stage to complete the planned video. The process was very dynamic and very productive, and we hope communication, cooperation and coordination can be improved further.
In the end the film delivered very strong results, and it was screened at the 2014 PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan national work meeting, officially opened by the Vice President.

Salah satu program prioritas pemerintah Kabinet Indonesia Bersatu II adalah pelaksanaan PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan, khususnya program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keberdayaan masyarakat lebih jauh untuk penanggulangan kemiskinan. Dalam pelaksanaan PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan sebagai suatu program prioritas pemerintah banyak hal yang perlu dilakukan dalam pengembangan kualitas pelaksanaan program, salah satu di antaranya adalah penguatan sistem informasi manajemen yang saat ini sedang disusun secara baik dan sistematis dan secara bersama sama.
Kesan pertama begitu mengesankan bertemu dengan teman teman Arfadia karena kita melihat teman teman ini sebagian besar adalah orang orang muda yang sinergis yang bekerja tanpa kenal waktu, berusaha dari waktu ke waktu menyelesaikan tahap demi tahap penyusunan video yang sudah direncanakan. Proses yang berjalan sangat dinamis dan sangat produktif dengan harapan ke depan komunikasi, kerja sama dan koordinasi ini bisa kita lebih tingkatkan.
Dan pada akhirnya pembuatan film itu menghasilkan suatu kinerja yang sangat bagus dan pada saat rapat kerja nasional PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan tahun 2014 yang dibuka secara resmi oleh Bapak Wakil Presiden.
