Employee retention rates in Indonesia are not particularly good.
Every time we recruited new employees we had to deliver training covering the company profile and company regulations, and this consumed a great deal of time.
To make training more effective we tried presenting it in video form. That is why we worked with Arfadia to produce this video.
Frankly, at first I felt the quality of this video would not match what we get in Japan. But during production Arfadia was very good. The result turned out to exceed my expectations and the quality was very good.
Having worked with Arfadia on the company video, the quality is not embarrassing when shown to anyone. I am genuinely grateful to have worked with PT Arfadia. Wishing PT Arfadia success.

Di Indonesia untuk tingkat retensi karyawan memang tidak begitu bagus.
Setiap kali ada perekrutan karyawan baru, kami selalu memberikan training berupa perkenalan profil perusahaan dan peraturan yang ada di perusahaan, dan ini sangat membuang waktu.
Untuk efektifitas dalam pemberian training, maka kami mencoba untuk membuat presentasi dalam bentuk video. Oleh karena itu kami bekerja sama dengan Arfadia untuk pembuatan video ini.
Terus terang awalnya saya merasa kualitas video ini tidak sama dengan di Jepang. Tapi dalam proses pengerjaan, Arfadia sangat bagus. Dan ternyata hasil yang diberikan diluar ekspektasi saya dan hasilnya sangat bagus.
