Indonesia has roughly 43,000 online news sites. Only 195 of them are recorded by Dewan Pers, the national press council. That gap is the single most useful fact for anyone buying media placement here, and almost nobody publishes it next to the outlets they sell.
So this is the list Arfadia actually places on, with the verification status shown per outlet, the Domain Rating shown as a number, and the date we last checked both. Sites that accept paid articles but are not news publishers sit in their own tier, labelled as what they are. Nothing is dressed up as press when it is not.
There is no pricing on this page, and that is deliberate rather than coy. Rates move per outlet, per format and per volume, and a bundled campaign prices differently from a single release. Choose the outlets that fit, send the shortlist, and we quote the actual set.

How the Four Tiers Work
Tier is about reach and publisher type, not about which one is worth buying. A tier three regional newsroom often beats a tier one national title for a launch in that province.
Tier 1
National Flagship
The titles most Indonesians can name. Highest authority, strictest editorial gate, longest lead time.
Tier 2
National and Industry
National reach in a defined lane: business, technology, automotive, lifestyle. Often the best value for a specific audience.
Tier 3
Regional and Vertical
Provincial newsrooms and single-subject titles. Where most press-council verified outlets sit, and where local launches land hardest.
Tier 4
Guest Post and Niche
Not press. Niche sites, contributor platforms and single-subject blogs that accept paid articles. Useful for link work, labelled so nobody mistakes them for newsrooms.

Why is there no pricing on this page?
Rates change per outlet, per format and per volume, and several outlets price a bundled campaign quite differently from a single placement. Publishing one number would be wrong for almost everybody who reads it. Pick the outlets you want, send the shortlist, and we quote the actual set. Arfadia works on tailor-made proposals rather than a public rate card.
What does press-council verified mean here?
Dewan Pers is Indonesia's national press council, established under Law No. 40 of 1999. It records companies meeting the legal and editorial standards for a press company and publishes them in two states: administratively verified, and factually verified after an inspection of the newsroom itself. We show whichever state applies. Our dataset covers the cyber media category only, so an outlet verified as print or television will not carry the mark on this page even though it is verified elsewhere.
An outlet I want is not registered. Is it a bad outlet?
Not necessarily. Around 43,000 online news sites operate in Indonesia and fewer than a thousand are recorded, so an unregistered outlet can still be a working newsroom with real readers. What the mark tells you is whether a state body has checked it. For regulated sectors, government tenders and listed companies that check usually matters a great deal. For raw reach it often does not.
What is the Guest Post and Niche tier?
Sites that accept paid articles but are not news publishers: niche blogs, contributor platforms and single-subject sites. They are separated out so nobody mistakes them for press. We list them because they are genuinely useful for search visibility work, and we label them because pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
Do the links pass authority?
It varies by outlet, so we state it per outlet rather than promising one answer for the whole list. Many established newsrooms mark paid articles as sponsored, which is correct practice on their part and worth respecting. If a campaign depends on link attribution, say so at the briefing and we will filter the list down to what genuinely fits instead of promising something the outlet will not do.
How current is the Domain Rating?
Refreshed quarterly against Ahrefs, with the check date published alongside the data. We state the cadence so you can hold us to it. Verification status is refreshed on the same cycle, which matters more than it sounds: Dewan Pers certificates run five years, and roughly 300 outlets were removed from the official list between December 2025 and June 2026 for not renewing.
Can I get the whole list as a file?
The full directory is on this page and free to browse without an account. For a structured export, or for a shortlist built around a specific sector and province, message the team and we will prepare it. We do not publish rate cards or vendor details in any export.
How many outlets can I send at once?
Up to 40 per request, which keeps the WhatsApp message readable on every device. If your campaign is larger than that, send the first batch and tell the team the total scope. Large multi-market distributions are handled through media release distribution rather than outlet-by-outlet selection.
