Three dates matter and they describe different things. Arfadia began operating as a business on 25 February 2008. The deed establishing PT Arfadia Digital Indonesia was signed on 25 February 2013, and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights granted the company its legal entity status on 23 May 2013. Under Indonesian company law, a limited company becomes a legal entity on the date of that decree, which is why 23 May 2013 is the date recorded in its Legal Entity Identifier. All three are accurate, and none replaces the others.
